Career and Achievements

1992

Started at a local radio station.

1995

Completed a general training course in journalism (TV, radio, press, and photojournalism). Earned a trainer certification and began his career as a trainer in TV journalism. Joined TVI and completed his professional journey in journalism.

1997

Became a presenter at TVI, TVI24, and now at CNN Portugal, where he presents the news on weekends in the morning.

2022

Created Sardine Conjugation, Communication. Began collaborating with several national and international projects, such as:

International invitation from the UN to train journalists in São Tomé and Príncipe (he states that this invitation is not a recognition, but “a privilege”).

He actively participates in promoting mental health.
